At SLM Competence GmbH, we bring companies and talented individuals together. Our aim is to forge connections and ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, transparent and targeted for both sides – from the initial enquiry through to a successful placement.

We operate internationally and recruit:

Volunteers
Trainees in nursing and nursing assistants
Registered nurses for qualification programmes
Registered nurses with full recognition of their professional qualification / certificate
Medical technologists in radiology (MTR) for qualification programmes

for the German labour market.

All applicants from abroad must demonstrate a language proficiency of at least level B2 of the EQF.

As we place great importance on transparency and want interested nursing professionals to be able to obtain comprehensive information in advance, we have made the brochure ‘Information on labour migration into the nursing sector in Germany’ by the Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA) available in the downloads section.

This offers nursing professionals the opportunity to obtain free, independent and well-founded information on the general conditions and prospects of working in Germany. At the same time, it helps them to engage thoroughly with the subject before the recruitment process even begins. In this way, we help to ensure realistic expectations and promote a well-prepared and successful start to the entire process.
